The party confirming the quality and compliance with the EAEU TR is a certification body accredited by the authorized national body(in Russia it is Rosakkreditatsiya)and registered in the Unified Register of Certification Bodies and Testing Laboratories(Centers)of the Customs Union.

认证机构根据俄罗斯联邦现行法律规定颁发强制性和自愿性证书。它可以包括专家组织和测试中心-认可的实验室测试产品样品。

The certification body is engaged in issuing mandatory and voluntary certificates in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.It may include expert organizations and testing centers-accredited laboratories that test product samples.
