关于EAC认证授权代表

根据EAEU的立法，每个向EAEU市场供应产品的外国制造商，如果需要获得强制EAC认证或EAC声明，应在EAEU的领土上有一个官方授权代表，他将是产品EAC认证或EAC声明的申请人，同时也负责进口产品的质量和安全。外国制造商应与该授权代表签订正式协议（合同）。官方授权代表应是一个法律实体或个人实体，并且是欧亚经济联盟成员国国家之一的居民。In accordance with the EAEU legislation,every foreign manufacturer that supplies products to the EAEU markets,that are subjects to mandatory EAC certification or EAC declaration shall have an official representative on the territory of EAEU,who will be the applicant for products certification or declaration,and also be responsible for quality and safety of imported products.The foreign manufacturer shall complete a formal agreement with such representative.The official representative shall be a legal entity or an individual who is a resident of one of the EAEU countries.
