电气设备和家用电器海关联盟EAC认证和EAC声明-EAC Certification and EAC declaration of electrical equipment and home appliances

电气设备和家用电器的制造商、进口商和销售公司必须确认其符合海关联盟技术法规认证程序规定的质量和安全要求。确认的形式为EAC合格证书或EAC符合性声明。这两种证书都是强制性的，但各自适用于不同类别的电气产品。

Manufacturers,importers and selling companies must undergo the procedure of confirmation of compliance of electrical equipment and home appliances with quality and safety requirements.The confirmation takes the form of a EAC certificate of conformity or a EAC declaration of conformity.Both documents are mandatory,but each for a different group of electrical products.

重要！EAC合格证书或EAC符合性声明只能由经认可的机构签发，授权认证机构拥有进行该产品认证认可授权资质证书。在这种情况下，产品还必须在配备必要设备的专业实验室进行初步测试。

Important!Certificate of conformity or declaration of conformity in the right to issue only accredited bodies,in particular Evrakon,which has an accreditation certificate for carrying out works to confirm conformity of products.In this case,it is mandatory to conduct preliminary tests in specialized laboratories equipped with the necessary equipment.

家用电气设备和电器质量安全EAC认证是强制性的。

欧亚经济联盟技术条例（TR CU）规定了每种电器的认证测试标准和要求：

Electrical equipment and appliances for the home are subject to mandatory quality control and safety of use.Standards and requirements have been developed for each type of electrical appliance and are regulated by the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union(TR CU):

-TR CU 004/2011关于低压设备安全TR CU 004/2011"On the safety of low-voltage equipment"

-TR CU 020/2011技术手段的电磁兼容性TR CU 020/2011"Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means"

-TR CU 016/2011关于气体燃料操作设备的安全。TR CU 016/2011"On safety of equipment operating on gaseous fuel".

-第123号联邦法"关于消防安全要求的技术法规"。"Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements"Federal Law 123.

-对于某些类型的家用电器，适用欧亚经济联盟037/2016《关于在电气和无线电产品中限制使用有害物质》的技术法规。

Also,for some types of household appliances,declaration according to Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union 037/2016"On Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Radioelectronic Products"is applicable.

家用电器EAC认证步骤：

1.咨询荣仪达专家，形成初始文件包，确定商品，验证计划定义的正确性；

2.检查提交的数据是否充分；

3.选择产品样品，将样品送至实验室进行测试；

4.分析生产状况（仅在评估批量生产时使用）；

5.总结结果，对确定的符合程度做出决定；

6.填写文件表格；

7.在统一政府的注册登记系统上登记；

8.将证书发送给申请人；

9.在产品上加贴EAC流通标志（由申请人自行强制执行）；

10.年度检查控制（IC），如果所使用的计划有规定的话。
